Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, the follow-up to Grand Theft Auto III, will feature all-new locations, new characters, and enhanced gameplay. The setting is Vice City, the era is the '80s, and the vibe is power, corruption, and glamour. Further details are sketchy at this point, but the setting and title obviously suggest that the game will be an homage of sorts to the 1980s TV series Miami Vice, though obviously no licensing deals are involved. Developer Rockstar Games has admitted that the bar has been set incredibly high by the extraordinary success of Grand Theft Auto III, and the company promises that the sequel will provide even more of the elements that drew gamers to GTA3... std testing
